They must be in need. Help them out and give them more of your stuff. Toss them your bowling ball, a hot mug of coffee, the fireplace poker, a barbell. There are so many things they probably need tossed at them.
Hypothetically, in MD, if you had a weapon in the house that they are squatting and they found it, it is likely you would get charged with giving them access to your gun or some crap like that.

2 of them are i-Series and have a tag on the that reads "3I-4909-SR", and going to the SKB websight, the picture of the 4909 model matches these. They have one layer inside and do not have wheels on the outside...

Maybe I missed it if it was menitoned, but do you know the composition of the bullet? Not familiar with .17 HMR projectiles. Can it be dissolvoved or at least dissolved enough to loosen it? That worked for a similar effort years ago for me, but it wasn't .17 HMR
