      I am not committed to PSA, but the availability is something in their favor. I will take your recommendations for other brands, if they are available. The thing that works for PSA is that it is a whole kit and I don't have to buy 3 dozen more parts from half dozen websites to build it.

      Thanks everyone. I was in Ellicott City yesterday, and found FYI Fingerprinting near the court house. It took 15 mins and $50. Will recommend.

      Yes, I have seen that. I asked for recommendations of facility that were good to deal with. I have read several reviews online for some of the sites that charged more when you showed up in person than what they advertised, some who didn't know how to do it, or did it wrong.
