      Pre-Oct 2013 lower non-HBAR build?

      I have a couple of stripped AR15 lower receivers I bought on 30 Sept 2013. My understanding is that I can use these to build non-HBAR AR15s since Maryland considers these receivers to be actual pre-Oct 2013 ARs. Correct? I'm sure this has been answered but apparently my search skills suck.

      Guns on a Boat

      I'm a MD Designated Collector. Of course, that means that I can transport a gun to a "private exhibition". If I want to exhibit my pistol to my son-in-law out in the middle of the Chesapeake Bay (and use my 9mm Beretta pistol for fishing :rolleyes:), is it OK to transport my gun via my boat?

      Last minute decision - hammer vs striker

      TLDR: I bought a DA/SA hammer fired. Should I trade it for striker fired? I bought a Beretta PX4 9mm just to get a pistol before the 1 Oct laws. Long, heavy DA pull, followed by short, light, hair-trigger SA pulls. The long DA pull was OK, but the SA trigger kind of gives me the creeps...

      Receiving gun w/17 round mags after 1 Oct?

      Suppose I buy a gun and put in my paperwork in July and my background check doesn't come through until after 1 October. After 1 October the sale of 10+ mags will be illegal. Can I still pick up my Beretta with its two 17 round mags?
