      Tried out my "M4-style" 5.56 (14.5" barrel) this weekend with my 762 SDN-6. Cycled fine with M855 and was comfortably hearing safe (at least to my ears).

      On a TiRant the piston is the part that threads onto the barrel. You need that plus the spacer for a fixed barrel.
