      Newbie with a stoopid question

      :) So I just got my C&R in the mail and before I do something stupid - do I cut out the little card in the corner of the license or no? I know they say not to sign it, take photocopies and then you sign those for sales. Just not sure about this card in the corner though. Help??? :o

      New here. Getting back into shooting. Have a Ruger 45/22, looking for a 10/22 rifle for rimfire competitions. Hubby is building my AR and should have it finished by the Oct 1 deadline, although we've pinned my lower to his upper already. Considering archery too.
