      Loaded Mag = Loaded Weapon?

      Seen several posts in this forum and others that state that in MD a loaded magazine (pistol or rifle) separate from the weapon is considered a loaded weapon. So far I haven't seen any reference to a state law. Any LE on the forum, what is your position on this issue?
