      7.62X25 is much more powerful than 9X18, but the Cz-82 is a good gun. I would be happier with that one, if I had to choose just one.

      Pre-1898 means an antique, not a collectible, and is not subject to the GCA.....it's like black powder firearms. Legal to ship directly to non-licensees, can't tell you if the deal is worthwhile though.

      300 yards is about the upper limit for the Soviet M43 cartridge. With decent ammo and rifle quality and condition, your accuracy at that range is limited by your skill and the sights. The SKS, like a lot of military rifles, has a very short sight radius. I've seen a product called a Techsight...
