      Question about Resident CHP??

      So I am active duty military... stationed and living in the People's Republik of MD. I am, however, a legal VA resident. Still have my VADL... With current (my folks) address on it. Question is am I eligible for the resident permit. State Police referred me to the local court clerk's office...
