      PSA upper -- out of spec

      Just and FYI for anyone ordering PSA uppers as of late. About a month ago I ordered, a 12" PSA upper. Upon arrival I tried mounting 3 sets of Troy BUIS to the pic rail. All three sights were loose. All three sights mounted just fine to my other uppers (including a PSA and a factory Colt)...
