      Welcome to the neighborhood!

      Question on Storage of Smokeless Powder

      Currently MD limits you (without a license) to no more than 5 lbs of smokeless powder for reloading. Has anyone ever gotten an interpretation on what is meant by "per person?" I'm wondering if, within one household, could I have my 5 lbs of smokeless, and my wife another 5 lbs of her own...
