Doesn't mention being intoxicated; just states "under the influence of"...
One sip of an alcoholic beverage or one "hit" on a joint = "under the influence of".

Excellent Buyer - very smooth transaction!
Very pleased with the transaction. Buyer was able to set up the transaction quickly, paid promptly, communicated as needed to verify everything was in order, and was flexible in terms of meeting location. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Don't know where else to post this warning, but it is somewhat .22cal ammo related, so here goes: Ordered some "Norma USA" .22 LR last evening from MidwayUSA and received the confirmation emails from the seller, whom I've dealt with before.
Today, I had two emails in my inbox from a couple...
Savage and CZ rate well for out of the box accuracy. Savage occasionally offers package deals which include the rifle and inexpensive scope but I haven't seen CZ w/similar deals. CZ will be a bit more expensive than Savage, but well worth the extra $$$...
Check out their respective web sites...
Excellent rifles - the (Special Military) Trainer and the Ultra Lux, especially - they shoot as though the rifle was built for the sights - I suppose a scope might make each one shoot a bit tighter, but I'm having too much fun with the stock iron sights to go that route...
Good luck on your search! The 10/22 is a good choice - don't know if it'll reach the 100 yds criteria, but it's a fine firearm. And Ruger stands by its product!
If you're thinking of possible after market modification somewhere down the pike, the 'Takedown' model is somewhat limited in this...
Let me know the results, if you would? I'm beginning to sample different brands to learn what my 452's will shoot best. So far Eley Target works tolerably well. Surprisingly, CCI Standard Velocity was all over the place; targets looked like kitchen colanders after 50 rds. Could have been a...
Mine is coming along nicely as well. Have also put about 300 rds through it so far, and the various moving parts, with the exception of the safety, seem to be breaking in as they should. That safety is a bear, but it'll loosen up through normal usage, like everything else, although once in...
I haven't noticed anything amiss with mine. No creep, nice, easy pull, no torque that I'm aware of - will keep an eye out for that during the next couple of range trips.
Seems the bolt is in decent shape, as well. I read about some having burrs and other problems causing the bolt to...
Now that's something to strive for!!!
My last range outing I took the CZ and hung two 50 ft small bore targets on the backboards of our 50 meter range and threw 50 rds at them. 5 shots at each of the 5 bulls on each target from a bench rest. With my tired old eyes I'da been happy just to...
