Has anyone had any experience with Barska gun safes? I'm looking to get a long gun safe for my AR and whatever else I may acquire and was looking at one of the Barska biometric safes. For at least the next year or two I'm going to be in an apartment, so I need something that can me mounted to...
You might be onto something. There trigger on the PPQ is simply wonderful and it's a real pleasure to shoot with a really clean and consistent break. The Sig, being DAO, is definitely heavier. Maybe next time I go to the range I'll rent a different gun in .40 to try out.
The PPQ fits my hand better; I was thinking about that last night as I was cleaning them and I think the grip on the Sig is just a bit wider so I can't quite wrap my hand around it the same way I can the PPQ
Kind of an odd question, I know, but I'm just wondering what you guys think. I went to the range yesterday and attached the results: on the right is a Walther PPQ 9mm and the left is a Sig P229 DAK in .40 S&W, shot at 25 feet. As you can see, I'm much better with the Walther and I've always...
In other words, The State can later decide they don't like something just because and make it illegal?
I also like how possessing ten or more firearms is considered a criminal act. Who the f*ck comes up with this stuff?
Wait, so is he saying that in a state where it's illegal for people to carry handguns on the streets they're only finding criminals with handguns on the streets?
What other states would be included in that list? I had a friend in over the weekend and a .223 case managed to sneak its way out of the range and he took it home as a memento. Want to make sure he's not doing anything that could potentially get him in trouble.
Then what is it about Maryland that allows this to happen? Why do the majority of Maryland's residents allow themselves to be controlled? Is Maryland secretly some haven for people that enjoy being mothered and told what they can and cannot do?
I'm not looking for the usual rhetoric we throw around about. I'm seriously wondering if there's a reason that most of those who help run this state act like they think that every bullet fired from a gun summons baby-eating demons.
Pretty much every state that we share a border with has more...
Perhaps then I should be glad that it doesn't bring up any of my information when I punch my name and DOB in. I tried it last night after it came up but didn't want to bother since I don't have fingerprints. Now I'm thinking that I'll definitely wait a while.
Can't wait to see how this plays...
Please, they're not remotely caught up (as we all know).
I went to 2A this weekend to pick up a lower that I bought back on July 1st (just never got around to picking it up) and I was told that they haven't gotten back July's paperwork yet. MSP are at least 3 months behind. Can't wait to see...
No we wouldn't. Cars aren't meant to murder babies:sarcasm: in the same way that guns are, so there's no reason to ban or regulate cars. It sadly all comes down to perception.
The average person sees hundreds or thousands of cars a day, all being used safely. Their baseline perception of...
I had two separate clerks at BPS tell me that an HQL would be needed to pick up a lower after Oct 1. Something to do with the grandfathered lowers still being considered regulated firearms and therefor requiring the HQL.
