FACT
Another FACT, in Maryland.
Yes, they can.
Give that man a prize.
Every third phone call...
Well, I would not go that far, but I would say "unreasonable"...at times.
In clear violation of the Fight Club rules...
We have had "direct experience" with MSP on this.
No selling...
Fact.
Can we move around freely, nope. (Unless it meets GOVT defined essential activity.)
Can we assemble as we wish, nope.(Well, 10 or less of you, hardly enough for a decent protest.)
Does the free market economy still set pricing, nope. (If you were smart enough to corner the market on...
The question on the Form 77 is worded "Are you."
Spouse's use does not even enter the equation.
FYI- I have a child who runs a dispensary, and I'm a licensee, no issues.
PS-The kid makes an obscenely large amount of money; I'm in the wrong business...
Where someone wound likely run into problems this law would be if a gun were stolen, or there was an AD or other firearms-related incident in which the police got involved.
My guess is that when this happens, someone will get made into "the example."
If it is required to be registered, and it...
If you buy a regulated firearm (handgun) C&R In-State, it must go an a 77R through MSP.
If you buy form outside of MD, it ships right to your door and goes into your A&D book.
A 03-FFL isn't "a gun shop," as you can't engage in the commerce of C&R firearms, but you can only occasionally...
Charles Sykes is a really nice guy. He does not sell any guns; he just does transfers.
We deal with him several time a month, as we sell to LOTS of DC residents.
Sad fact, it is easier to get a handgun in DC that it is in MD now, and they have a bigger approved list as they accept MD Roster...
There is nothing wrong with .40, but with the 9mm rounds these days be at least "as effective," as .40, agencies, who buy thousands upon thousands of rounds at a time like it because it is less expensive, and officers can carry more 9mm rounds in the same space as compared to .40.
For those...
I've had four of these folders come through here for transfer, three of them looked almost unused, new old stock, bad ass guns.
The "ONG" stamp with the state outline around it is cool too.
The wood stocked ones are kind of beat, some with rust and pitting on the barrels.
There is a difference between someone with a pot card (get stoned card) and someone, such as a cancer patient or someone with glaucoma who has an actual "prescription" form a real doctor ~not a pot card mill quack~ for marijuana used for legitimate medical treatment.
One with an actual...
Unless the gun does not function when they test fire it, or it is pure junk, it won't get rejected.
Does not matter in this case, as the gun IS already approved on the Roster.
I'm not near BWI, but I have them. ;)
The mag deal is a mail in offer, and frankly, I don't know if Springfield is offering 10-ers for MD, but will find out next week. The form says void where prohibited, "or otherwise restricted," so I think MD may not be eligible.
8-12 weeks turn around if...
I received numerous MD expungement notices over the years I was in law enforcement in Maryland.
If it is expunged, the records are removed, and everyone, down to the arresting officer is notified of the expungement, which means it should not even be discussed.
States can handle it differently...
