      Kolbe en banc decision

Here is a great article from National Review. David French is a former JAG Officer, and his work is often spot on. He breaks this down well...

      GP11 in stock

Two cheapest places (normally) for GP11 are Dans Ammo and Sportsman's Guide. Had an email exchange with Dans Ammo in May and was told they might have some in a month or so. Sportsman's Guide now has a notify me link up for GP11. That is usually a good sign.

      SCOTUS Justice Scalia passes today...

Reports are coming out now that the justice of the peace ruled the death of natural causes over the phone. That, and he was found with a pillow over his head... Certainly possible is nothing, but an autopsy might have been prudent.

      frosh to appeal Kolbe decision

I can't read the whole article because of the paywall. Is he saying he will request en banc or is he saying he will appeal to SCOTUS? En banc we should know in 2 weeks...

      Decision in Kolbe!

My favorite part: "Our distinguished dissenting colleague asserts that we have imprudently and unnecessarily broken with our sister courts of appeal and infers that we will bear some responsibility for future mass shootings. In our view, inferences of this nature have no place in judicial...

No, AA Fish and Game. My 2015 badge was read wrong by CMP. Got it fixed though. Snail mail Saturday may be a problem though.

Agreed, but as I understand it, they work the completed/proper orders first.

This. I called, verified what I needed and then sent in the forms. Did not realize it, but they had my club as expiring 31 December 2015 when it is really 1 March 2016. Fixed that issue on the phone. That, and I my notary was out of date by a few weeks.

They received 23 mail tubs from USPS; that and they have Fed Ex and UPS. So, yeah, guess they had to cut the spigot off. There is a picture up on their Facebook page.

      M1A Owners: Shoot crappy ammo?

Is ZQI brass cased ammo considered crappy? Then yes, I do for the range. Cheap and reloadable. It will definitely will never be mistaken for 168 grain Australian Outback Match king ammo though.

So the Grand Power 10mm isn't on the list. How long am I looking at?

What I am saying is that, regardless of what they do, forcing a citizen to ask permission before buying a common caliber handgun is very likely unconstitutional. I am a lawyer who used to spend a lot of time arguing constitutional law, and this is a pet peeve of mine. Unfortunately, I cannot...
