HOW to APPLY for a MARYLAND Carry Permit

I did supply a years worth of monthly deposit information with the application. I'm hoping they view my situation as the business owner. All of my business is conducted by myself with no responsibility on the building owner or shop owner if you will. I know it's a bit outside the norm for most...

HOW to APPLY for a MARYLAND Carry Permit

The industry I work in is a strange business. While I do not own the shop I am self employed. My taxes are filed as self employed and not as an independent contractor. I have the go ahead to carry at work but the real concern for me is to and from the parking lot and leaving after work...

HOW to APPLY for a MARYLAND Carry Permit

I work in a cash business and a rough neighborhood. I hope that's enough of a reason for the state. I have no expectations though. I figured it was still a good time to apply and see what happens. This thread was a huge help in putting it together. Thanks to all who posted!

HOW to APPLY for a MARYLAND Carry Permit

All of my steps are complete and my app was mailed yesterday. I guess now we play the waiting game. Does anyone know what the average time until being contacted is? I imagine it's at least a couple of weeks. Everything government moves slooooooow.

Seventeen shot stop - a look at caliber and capacity

Can some of the more seasoned shooters offer some examples and tips for training under duress? I only have access to a static stand and shoot range right now and would like to step it up wherever possible. Thanks

      Local Golfers

I've played golf most of my life. I used to work at a country club as a bartender when I was younger. Used to get out every day! Now that I have two kids it's about 3 times a year!

      Pick My Next Gun

Definitely the Glock 19! For its size it has good capacity and reliability. It's not pretty but you can treat it like a tool and not have your feelings hurt when it's marred and used.

This ad would NEVER be seen today!

Growing your own food is one of the only things we have total freedom to do. No taxes or permits. Come to think of it... It's probably a loophole!

Hey everyone! Been enjoying the posts over the last few days and felt compelled to join! I've been shooting for about 9 years. I've been trying to follow the development of the ccw legislation. This state is in dire need of an overhaul!
