      So - I can not seem to find where just the 9 inch AR upper is legal to sell. While I have found the pistol is legal in MD.... I have not found where selling just the upper would be legal. Anyone have any idea?

      A friend (Police officer / Sniper) has put the course together to be used for his department and other PD's. However, he is using me for the dry run to work out any training issues, glitches, timing and so on. This way when he starts teaching the course he has the answers to those issues.... and...

      Problem was.... every used one I found was either crap.... or 450 bucks. These things keep their value pretty good. Nope.... straight to the gunsmith. When I ride this trick ride.... I want to do it with all the options on.

      It will get a custom heavy barrel.... and the stock will be H&S precision. The stock and the heavy barrel that came with it will be sold on here .... cheap :)

      So... I am going to be attending a sniper course and figured I would build something special :) Bought a basic Remington 700 ADL in .308 from Dicks (550.... with a 50 dollar rebate (Added bonus.... the R700 came with a scope... that I will put on my daughters 10/22 build coming soon)...

      The big problem is that the Marine Corps should have NEVER done away with them in the first place. They went with the Beretta and though it was a good gun..... it lacked stopping power. I blame the round not the gun. Going to the 9mm was the "hipster" thing they did.... not returning to...

      GB is actually swinging the other way now. There is a big push to let guns back in. But... they are having to fight to get them back which is harder than fighting to KEEP them.... like we do here. AUS is doing the same thing.
