Thoughts on how to store pre-2013 firearms while on a multi-year position? (If this happens, dependents would be coming with, I couldn't bring firearms, and out-of-state family would require an FFL.)
Would I be hosed?
So, I looked at the hunting regs and didn't see anything that precluded coyote hunting with an AR. I don't believe there's anything in SB281 that would preclude it either.
First, am I right? I can legally hunt coyotes with my AR-15, right?
Second, just because it's legal doesn't mean that...
We've been talking about adoption for some time, and I'd love to talk with anyone/everyone from the 2A community with experience, especially as it comes to this liberal state and home studies and interviews.

Call these idiots. Also, NPR is running a fund raiser--may be helpful to call and say you won't be contributing because of its lopsided depiction of the NRA and 2A rights.

I just got a 1911 airsoft for my birthday that I planned to use for indoors draw-target acquisition-fire exercises, but I've been wondering if anybody plays force-on-force.
What is the likelihood of success of a class action lawsuit to claim the interest on my M1A that was legally purchased but illegally delayed? Firearms aren't cheap and when you throw in the number of firearms being held up, it could get expensive quickly.
Edit: I know MSP recently offered to...

Are there limitations to the applicability of the Hatch Act? Eg, does it only apply to federal-level elections? Are state level elections covered as well? City and county?
Thanks in advance!

So, I am curious about non-AR types. Say, hunting rifles, shotguns, and semi-auto pistols with a capacity of fewer than 10 rounds (eg, 1911s). Should the bill pass as it is currently written, will I be required to register them?
Thanks.

Hey, folks. I'm pretty stuck with the legislation--I will not register my AR if the legislation goes through, which means I'll either have to sell or gift to my father (on the other side of the country). So, my question: anybody got recommendations for consignment? I talked to one local seller...
Is there anywhere in MD where you can just set up and shoot like several miles back in national forest/park land? I'd love to have a mini AR course where I could work on multiple targets, angles, etc. while timed. If that's a no (which wouldn't surprise me), how does everyone practice practical...

My shooting resume includes *light* reloading (but I sold most of the gear for the move), hunting, and plinking. Since hunting is less accessible in MD, I'm thinking...
