      You Sure could on a Hornady progressive just remove the depriming pin from the sizer die and do not put any primers in primer tube.

      So I have a coworker who came up here from Fla about a year or so ago and owns a PS90. IS his configuration legal? From what I have gathered, it is not. He would have to add 3 or so inches to become legal. Is that about right?
