A friend of mine had a regulated firearm transferred there in September and they are waiting on the paperwork to come back before they will release. Is anyone else in this situation?
I was told at my local shop that they wouldn't risk it cause they have parts that can interchange, so they are close enough to be the same. you might get away with the Romanian version but they weren't comfortable with that either.
