      Non-firing replica restrictions?

      Feel free to move this if it's in the wrong section. Are there any restrictions on non-firing replica firearms in MD? Sounds like a silly question to me, but I could see how a replica composed of original parts could fall into a "grey" area.

      Universal M1 Carbine front sight

      Anyway to remove this without buying the special tools from Fulton Armory or another place? I'm trying to replace the barrel band with one with a bayonet lug and a sling swivel.

      I mailed my C&R application in on Monday. Today my bank statement shows that the ATF charged my card the 30 dollar fee... lets see how long this takes. I'm very excited about getting the C&R -my bank account and wife are not :D
