      Order Upper by October?

      Do the people that have uncompleted lowers have to build them and have an upper ordered by October? I tried to read all the FAQs but there is a ton of Gray area in the law. Thanks for any info.

      Hey Guys, I am making plans to go visit the NRA range in Fairfax. I have never been to the range. Is there anything I need to know to make the experience great. I am bringing the wife as well. I know you have to take a quick test before using the range. I would guess not bringing any firearms...

      First Upper?

      I got in on the group buy from TSS. I am having a hard time deciding on an upper. Should I try to get a cheap plinker (9mm / 22LR) or go for a standard upper. I probably wont be able to build another lower for a while because of wife aggro. Can some one recommend something they have used?
