You know there are both informal and formal appeal processes? The informal is a civilian board appointed by the governor, but don't let that discourage you. They side against the MSP more than with (this its per my investigator).

Believe it or not, but once submitted, the investigators job is to make sure you have a complete case with all possible supporting documentation. Mostly, you will need to write a letter explaining his responsibilities and provide proof deposits.
