      Yes, and with the passage of SB – 281 you can now be criminally charged for being "outside" your permit restrictions whereas before the worst thing that could happen would be to revoke your permit. "actively involved" raises the chances of you being buggered!

      I think what he is saying is what happens in-between you buying something and not buying something? You're no longer "actively involved in a financial transaction". Or, at least that could be the argument made against you. "or while transporting business currency" applies everywhere, while...

      Question regarding 7-day waiting period

      I was filing out my paperwork with my gun on my hip thinking exactly the same thing. The gun laws passed and regulations updated are the sates way of tricking the uninformed into believe they are doing SOMETHING to make them safer.:sad20:
