      I've had buyers back out after hitting commit to buy. This sort of backing out of buying/selling in the classifieds happens more than you think. Though I agree, it's bad form. j_h_smith, check with Duffy's on a 10/22. They were running a deal on some Takedowns on Memorial Day.
