      They are way quicker than I ever imagined! Our dog got out when the mom and babies were next to the house, and they disappeared in the blink of an eye. When we got the dog inside they started slowly dropping one by one down from a nearby tree. They were pretty entertaining to watch!

      Hold off or buy during these times?

      Twice in the past few months I overpaid for a rifle...one that I’ve always wanted and one that filled a hole in the collection. Who knows when the opportunity was going to come back around. I don’t regret either one!

      If you want it, and can afford it, get it. I’ve knowingly overpaid for stuff (not just firearms) because I wanted/needed it at that time.

      22 short - what do you guys shoot it with?

      My dad’s old JC Higgins is supposed to be able to handle them, although I admit I’ve never seen it shoot anything other than LRs.
