      I personally just go one size up. I wear a 34 waist normally, a 36 waist usually does fine with a good holster and a good belt.

      Simonton makes some nice windows, that's what we usually use nowadays. It's amazing how windows have improved in the past 10-15 years.

      Remove the sashes, dish soap, rubber mallet. Ask me how I know, lol.       Most window installs are easy. Especially wooden ones, aluminum gets trickier. It's the finishing that takes more tools and experience, i.e capping them with aluminum coilstock.       How do you safely unload your firearm at home?

      I can only carry when traveling (utah permit), so I'm not chambering a round in my carry gun that often. When I'm home, it's loaded, but no round in the chamber, just a slide rack away. If you don't have time in a HD situation to rack a slide, you're probably done anyway.

      I have one, and loved it, until the .22 became scarce. I use minimags almost exclusively, never had a problem.
