      Is the CA kitted out for $2500? That’s a heck of a lot for an AR, even a top tier one. Currently the CA produced Mk12 “clone” isn’t even that much, direct on their website.       All good recommendations. I have SF 640DF’s on 3 of my rigs and they are fantastic (can easily slap steel at 80 yards in pitch black). For a proven budget option, though, the Streamlight ProTac line are wholly adequate as well. Avoid anything from O-light.

      Looks like Thompson Center may have been bought back from S&W. Their instagram page keeps alluding to a big announcement come 4/30 (today). It was a darn shame to see the brand go up in smoke like that. I can only hope that they bring it back (TC Compass included).
