You are correct...it is the shipper that must file the claim. But you as the receiver with a tracking number should be able to throw the "bs" flag when they cite weather as a delay for a shipment going by truck.

Oil or lube in contact with a primer will damage it as well. I learned that from my early single stage, hand lubing cases on a pad and then loading the primer tube....

Just got my invoice from Powder Valley for 10k cci 300 primers. Total was $302.45 which included shipping and hazmat fee. I'm grateful that some companies aren't jacking prices in these times...companies like Powder Valley aim to keep their customers so thank you.

8lbs of powder gives you a uniform measurement for reloading...16lbs of the same lot gives you even more consistency when reloading...and that leads to safer reloads and more reliable ammo...

Lohman's is now at $35 and some change for a brick...two months ago the price was under $30 a brick for cci 300 LP primers...worth the wait if you have some primers to tide you over...
