      LOL. I got it. I deleted my current application and started over and saw the " PERMIT EXEMPTION" Application for Wear and Carry holders. I was looking at the training exemption. Thanks.

      Bullet in tire??

      It seems to be made of aluminum maybe. It's not lead or steal. It didn't make sense that the crimp line ran in that direction either. It's just weird. I was loosing air in my back passenger tire and it looked like a nail or screw head until I pulled it out.

      A friend of mine has a stock Ruger 10-22that has not been shot a lot and just had an issue of a delayed release of the firing pin. First time he said he pulled the trigger and it was a good 2 seconds after that it fired. He said it did it again when he was inspecting it without any round...
