I had a lower receiver shipped to a local FFL and it was received on March 13. At that time they said it would be 40 days to wait for the paperwork to clear. Then it was 50. Now it is 65. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this normal? Any ideas when I could expect to be able to complete... -
