      I have the Virginia Hunters Safety certificate I used to get my Maryland Hunting License at Walmart. Will this qualify. I read a lot on the other threads and everyone mentions TX hunters safety. What about VA? It is obviously recognized by the MD DNR. Sent from my MotoG3 using Tapatalk
