      Peruta v. County of San Diego (CCW Case)

      It's not due until 12/24.

      6th Circuit win-Tyler v. Hillsdale

      IANAL, but my understanding is that the order is "Reversed and Remanded" which, IIRC, means the District Court doesn't get to rehear the case, only issue the order to comply once the mandate is issued. Up next is the possible en-banc review, or cert to SCOTUS.
