      I emailed the the guy who developed the 458 SOCOM and this was his answer:

      I'm trying to load some 300g frangible bullets and I'm second guessing the info I'm using. The bullet mfg's site says to load them as if they were 400g jacketed bullets. The reload chart for IMR3031 says 42.0g-49.0g. The case is completely full with 49.0g and still above the neck at 42.0g...
