      Would be interesting to see someone just barely fail the shooting requirement by one shot and take it to court for being denied their 2A right. There is no requirement of expertise to exercise your rights under the constitution.

      Balmer dropped in the neighborhood of 327 in 2022 to 262 in 2023. But according to the mayor it is all due to the social workers and nothing to do with people finally being able to defend themselves or not being soft targets.

      Massachusetts just declared their AR ban and 10 round magazine limits as constitutional under Bruen. I’m wondering if they were waiting for another court to make that decision so they can cite that?
