      You would if you get hungry enough.... We were cleaning out my wife's grandmothers pantry last summer and there was a jar of canned peaches her G'ma canned in 1984. I opened them and ate them ( on a dare ) the color of the peaches faded a bit but they tasted just fine.

      Ice Storm 12/16 - 12/17 - What a Mess!

      Living as far up the mountain as I do, a generator is mandatory. I have it wired to run our whole house ( through a transfer switch). The only issue is it gets a bit pricy to run for days on end.

      It sucks for sure. My road/ driveway is 2.5 miles long and a mile of that is heavily wooded. It took me 4 hours to cut all the downed trees out of the way. Not to mention my power has been off since Monday night and wont be back on until Thursday night.
