Go 3.5 and shoot it all. That gun will handle whatever you throw at it. I've shot 2.75 inch target loads up to 3.5 inch steel and it hasn't skipped a beat.
I started with an A300 and upgraded to an A400 last year. I'd highly recommend checking out the A400 as many others have already said. You won't be disappointed.
Not knowing the details of this incident I don't want to speculate, but crime from Lex Park and Chuck county are slowly making way into this area, unfortunately.

Just ran across the above article after the wife called and asked if I had heard anything. Figured I'd inform the local community and see if ya'll have any further details.
I have to agree with the OP, sig night sights don't do it for me. I've been trying to get used to them on my p320 but just can't seem to find them easily for followup shots. I changed the ones on the p229 for the "von stavenhagen" two dot sights that used to come on sigs. I seem to pick those up...
Things I need to do
make more money
buy cool guns
shoot cool guns whenever I want
OR
stop reading gun forums :(
That may be going on the top of my wish list!
Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. I'm reaching out in hopes of finding someone who can help with changing sights on a P229. I'd prefer to use a sight tool as the sights currently on the pistol are SIG night sights and I would like to keep them intact.
Thanks
