      Where in Charles County can I find the MD DNR guide to hunting? Im living in Va now, but need to pick up a guide. Will be travelling up 301, then 234. Any shops in that area? I can't think of any. Whoda thunk they would legalize straight wall cartridges after I leave.

      Question about form 1 question 11b, asking about felonies and other crimes. Question reads EVER. Does this include juvenile record? I have something on my juvenile record that qualifies, does that mean I'm ineligible?
