This isn't an isolated incident. The Senate did THE EXACT SAME THING with a similar amendment to punish criminals. That ammendment initially passed in the Senate, but then a revote was called and it failed.- hooterzurg

The alarming thing here is that "device meant for use in a firearm" could easily be interpreted to mean just that - any part of a firearm, therefore all guns, REGARDLESS OF AMMUNITION, are subject to this clause. This needs to be changed if it's not outright eliminated.- hooterzurg

The person on the phone at Eldersburg said they will be getting a shipment tonight. I don't recall everything he said, but he had a manifest and read it off to me. I recall: 5 boxes of .45 ACP (50 rounds, not value packs) Tula 7.62 Tula .223 I don't think he said any 9mm or .22LR...- hooterzurg
