Turn your body just slightly away from the person and make it look like you're getting your wallet...... There's no way to hide it at 1-2 o'clock, and if they're already drawn on you, you'll be shot before you can even draw.

Re-holstering should be the least of your concerns with an IWB holster. You need to be more worried about how easy it is to draw from said holster. You can take as much time as you need to be safe on a re-holster. If necessary to be safe, you can always take the holster out...
