they have signs out now saying you cant use the ramp unless you are launching a boat or actively fishing...i think someone was misinterpreting that. i didn't find anything on df&w website on it.

there's a scientific difference between non native and invasive. Most all game fish here are non native but are treated as native because they are not invasive. invasive means they are taking the place of other species. BC do this. Channel, LM and SM bass do not do this. "Not invasive" would...
Right, that's what they're counting on. Now pile on all of the "reasonable" $10 stamps you need and you've got a $250 license. That's a lot of money for a lot of people.
I'd almost be in favor of a moratorium on channel catfish so's people can only take blues and flats, but i dont think it's practical.
