      I have the gun posted here is the classifieds. I had included a note that a FFL transfer was needed, and another member questioned why I was requiring that, which leD me to post the question here. As I really wasn't sure. Just tying to make sure I'm following the law and not getting myself into...

      If I buy a shotgun from out of state and have it shipped to an FFL for background check, is that gun permanently "registered" in my name? If I sell that shotgun, would it still be registered in my name? Is there a permanent record kept at the FFL designating that the shotgun is in my name...

      A tough bite yesterday (by their standards). Scratches out 10 really nice smallies, and lost quite a few more. With the water dropping 10 degrees this week, they just weren't inhaling the tube baits all that well. Lots of hooksets where we'd feel the fish for a second and then they'd drop it...

As long as I load and unload it, etc. the problem with renting is a gun range with a lot of other people shooting and a lot of guns to choose from overwhelms her a bit.
