Thank you. The VX Freedoms do seem like decent scope for the money. I have some 2.5-8x36 (or 33) Loopys now, but they have target turrets and fine duplexes. I'm trying to keep this thing compact and fine duplex crosshairs are getting hard for me to see at high noon anymore.
Thank you. I'm a...
"...electronic signature." was "DocuSign". Once it goes to DocuSign and you sign it, Silencer Shop will review it and either advise you that the tax stamp is required, or if pre-paid, the paperwork goes back to your dealer and you have to Certify, as said above.
You can Certify online while on...
Thanks Outrider58, I'll take a look.
Thank you. Pricing is pretty awesome too, LOL. I'm trying to keep it down under about $600-700, but see I might need to bump that.
Thank you for you kind offer! That Trijicon is pretty pricey too, but I may end up in a place like that.
I'll look closer at...
Thank you Boats.
Like what?
Not really a fan of fixed magnification for a hunting scope. Sometimes need to pick out detail not visible at low power (a spike in a herd of does), sometimes need to see better and have as wide a field of view as possible at close range (moving deer close to dark).

A lot of my hunting these days is for Sika Deer and they often come out right at the end of legal shooting hours.
Because of this, I would like a decent quality, relatively compact low-power...
ETA: I have never worked on a 15-22.
I use a set of aluminum jaws in a relatively large vise and use a piece of paper with rosin on it to prevent aluminum tracking on the barrel.
Works 95% of the time on standard AR barrels with sensibly installed muzzle devices. Once in a while I will get a...
I understand.
There is often more variation in the weight of the brass than the amount of powder in a double charge, so that notion is off the table.
With an investment like that, IMO your best bet would be to invest in bullet puller to break them down. I'd use the powder for fertilizer and...
Not sure what I'm missing here.
You certainly shouldn't shoot them.
You (rightly) don't want to pass them along.
You're not equipped to salvage components and/or reload with safe charges.
You don't want to dispose of them.
What then?
Put them in a box in the corner of the basement marked with...
