      How Long Did Your HQL Approval Take?

      Have to create an account if you haven't on that site specifically. I don't have my carry permit in hand but am approved. Submitted for HQL this morning and got an email about 5PM it was approved. I attached a copy of the approved carry permit application, not sure if that helped or hurt.

      Devil Dog Laser Engraving was easy to deal with, quick to respond, and had them done quickly. Would highly recommend if you're in the SOMD area.

      For those south of Waldorf, Devil Dog Laser Engraving lists 80% engraving on their Facebook page, looks like $50 per receiver. I have not used them yet but plan to.

      I'm down in St. Mary's. Arlington isn't a bad drive, I used to work up there. I've got one pistol and one AR lower to get done I reckon. Funny how people's minds change when stuff happens closer to home.

      FNS voluntary recall.

      I actually got mine to "malfunction" repeatedly by just barely pushing the slide out of battery. I havent tried it with any other striker fired pistols to see how it compares. I am back and forth about pursuing the recall.

      Just recently got one of these to replace a nice Kershaw I left in the woods one trip. Have to say I am very impressed and will be buying more Spydercos.

      AR Pistol upper

      The rail on the PSA upper looks nicer than the Radical. If O didnt have other priorites I would change mine out for weight savings. I will never use all the space on a quad rail and I prefer a narrower lighter front end.
