Hello folks, I was hoping someone could help me understand the process of the MD CCW application process. I PM'ed a member on the board on specific things but wanted to know the general process.
I applied January 2016 under the assumed risk G&S reason. I just got my email yesterday "evidence...

What was the original amount you sent them? I found this on the application. I sent in my FL app beginning of May, nothing back yet.....

There is no provision or exception that allows carry outside your own home with the property owner's permission.
Not that I am going to or did before, if I was OC'ing in my own house inside or outside and my next door neighbor invited me to come over to have a chat. I couldn't walk over to...
What about if you OC in your own yard and your neighbor right next door asks you to come over and he is okay with you OC'ing, is that legal if you get permission for your next door neighbor to OC?
