Be careful with Brave. Riddled with trackers.
Regarding Tor, it's only as secure as the endpoint you're connecting to. Endpoints can monitor everything you do. Endpoints have a reverse path into your network. Tor can be a great way to make yourself a high-visibility target that warrants monitoring.
I've used Dissenter browser since the day it was first released. For the most part, it's the only browser I use. The first version wasn't good. Getting updates was an awkward, time-consuming, manual process. The new version is rock solid. It auto-updates without any pain or drama. Works...
Any metal box with a good metal seal will work. For example, use a tin cookie container with a good seal. The kind with a cover that tightly slides on. Or an ammo can. Put your phone in there. The phone is not going to get a signal and will be protected from an EMP, especially if the phone is in...
You probably have the same name as, or very similar to, someone prohibited. Call NICS and ask. You'll need the NICS Transaction Number or State Transaction Number from your FFL. NICS can give you a UPIN for next time, as already said above.
Did you get an expungement? If yes, you'll probably...
OP, good chance the MBUS is fake. Somewhere between Ruger and you, including at a distributor, the real one could have been swapped out in less than a minute. Then the perp sells the real one separately, especially if it's a front and rear set. It's been an industry problem for years.
Won't matter. MD requires the separate barrel lock even if the gun has an interal lock. Stupid but the way it is.
Some FFLs let you bring your own. You can't leave the FFL's store with the handgun if you don't have the barrel lock.
Buddy of mine wants to sell me a used post-1985 NAA mini revolver (not the Earl). Both of us are MD residents. Does the roster apply to used handguns sold privately through the FFL transfer process? I have the HQL.
Ruger American Standard chambered in .308. Inexpensive, so no concerns if you scuff it up in the woods. You already have the AR-15 and two 12ga shotguns for SHTF. You can buy an AR-10 later if you want another .308 rig.
I tried hard to like a laser grip on my 642. Went back to thin rubber grips. Laser grip is too bulky. It's awkward shape and feel screws up my accuracy. It tends to focus my attention on the laser dot, making me too lazy with shooting stance and overall technique.
My 442 had an action job. Trigger is smooth as silk. Better than LCR factory trigger. No graininess like LCR. I could be wrong, but I don't think the LCR design lends itself well to an action job, not like S&W anyway.
I put the S&W rosewood grips on my 442. Makes it even smaller (thinner). In...
