      Just out of curiosity, how do you know when it was mailed? Was that something that MSP was able to provide? On the informed delivery does it have the correct address, etc? I am a bit shocked that the permits aren't sent certified mail. I would think they don't want these floating around and...

When did that happen? I thought if we purchased before Oct 1st, you were golden. Guess it...
