Yep. You're right. 4-203 makes no mention whatsoever of a magazine.
It just irritates me a little bit when a LEO comes in here and goes, "I know what the law is...all of my LEO buddies say the same thing."
No sir, I really don't care what your LEO buddies say. The law says differentely...
In keeping with my normal mentality, I decided to order some parts for my RIA 1911(GI Model).
I love doing work myself, as it teaches me on how the firearm operates...and it adds to my skill set. My question is:
1. I purchased a new thumb safety, grips, hammer, trigger, disconnector, sear...
Last purchase from Manchesters was a Rock Island Armory 1911 base model. Got it for a great price. Paid upfront in cash.
While filling the paperwork out, Wayne tells me..."I'm going to Aruba on Tuesday...so I won't be back for two weeks." He was leaving two days or so before MSP was scheduled...
You know what argument I hate?
"These guns are designed to kill people..."

A car can kill someone.
A chainsaw can...
I need to go and apply for mine. I'm 90 percent sure I qualify (Business related, travel with lots of expensive equipment and merchandise, carry cash, business owner requested)

Plaxico Burress's Glock slid down his leg. He wasn't wearing a holster, and grabbed at it to catch it.
My Glock has +1 in the pipe all the time. I wear a CompTac MTAC holster and I've never had issues.
I got mine from Manchester's in Bishopville for $439 (before tax + MD app fee).
SADLY
I haven't range tested it yet. I got in a Chip McCormick PowerMag and a Wilson Combat Elite magazine for it to see which it likes. I'm taking it out on Saturday.
