It's Sykesville. One of the guys at job 2 has told me stories about running the Qual lines there. He got out of that slot as fast as he could. Behind the line NDs were some of the worst stories.
This is the "new" accupower. Great glass in them. Same tubes as the legacy model. I run one on my 18in gasgun and love it. Only downside is the weight (for Ed's application, not so much mine).

I've tried swaging and I don't like.the results. I do handfuls of cases by installing a chamfer tool in a collet and sticking it in my friends milling machine. Ream em that way. A lot faster than a drill.
The trijicon is pricey but used accupowers can sometimes be had for.deals. I'm not on the Hide anymore but a friend scored one off the exchange there for 7.

I have a trijicon accupower 1-8 (discontinued but almost directly replaced by the Credo) that serves me well on an 18in gasgun.
The objective lens is *slightly* larger than those of comparable straight tubes. It compared favorably side by side with my friends 1-6 kahles (straight tube)...
