****The shirt is made by Brioni, and the lining was added by a tailor that tailors my suits for me as off the rack suits look frumpy with my body type and shape. It is essentially a fabric suit liner literally sewn into a printed shirt. Pics below. You can see how the tailor pinned the liner to the outer part of the shirt that everyone sees. I'm quite lean and print easily without a sport coat. The liner acts as an extra "skin" to mute the angular lines of the pistol and optic. I've had several shirts made in this fashion and it works well for my needs - the liner is made from a coolmax type fabric and is "slippery" feeling, wicks sweat well, and makes drawing from the concealment garment significantly easier with less chance of a hangup - it is not a difficult job for a tailor to do - it is just a suit liner sewn into a shirt.

Pretty much any decent quality shirt would work for this I would imagine - and personally for me I look *terrible* in Hawaiian type shirts and that just stands out IMO as someone who is carrying unless in Hawaii or at the beach, etc..

Anyway, pics below. The suit also got a thicker pocket liner with a reinforced pocket on the lower left side that holds an extra mag in a kind of thick pocket that doesn't print as the suit is a solid color and it is a fitted suit with not much extra room around the waist area. It's a wool suit, also made by Brioni that I use in the Winter time when I need to be in a suit, which is thankfully not that often, but I do have to wear one on occasion for professional or social reasons (weddings, funerals, dates to nicer establishments with a dress code, etc..). The suits have typical Brioni Bemberg Rayon lining, which is remarkably smooth feeling and comfortable. The shoes are made by Antonio Maurizi in a narrow last as I have relatively narrow feet that would otherwise be swimming in most regular dress shoes. Very comfortable, and they fit me and my needs.

If you look carefully, you will notice the tie is almost exactly the same pattern as the shirt pictured below. The tailor made me the tie from left over fabric he had as the original tie I brought with me he called "dozzinale", which means cheap and "common" in Italian. He made the tie "complimenta della casa", since I bought the suit and paid for his services for the fittings on all of the garments, etc.. Very nice old Italian man - really old school tailor - truly a pleasure working with him.

    Hope this helps.

This is nice. How about a little sprezzatura? :)

Most people insist nice clothes are uncomfortable because they don’t fit properly.

Especially shoes. I’m a sucker for traditional nice shoes.

Even large men, Jackie Gleason comes to mind, look good if their clothes fit.

I carry in the car- some resturants- when I go to grandkids in Thurmont. Or meeting people that are Carry friendly.

I've been wearing Hawaiian shirts since before my early bartending days, probably 40 years, and way before my carrying days. Am I now to assume that if I wear one it is code for "I'm carrying" whether I am or not?

How have these a$$holes appropriated everything into something it wasn't?

    ...

    Yes, everyone assumes you're carrying.
That's a "Shoot Me First" shirt.

You can neutralize the effect by wearing a 5-11 vest over your Hawaiian shirt.
