What kind of business? Any mention of financial transactions in your application statement?

AV business, we install $$ TV, Sound systems. No mention of financial transactions, not usually a cash business but at anytime I could have $15-$20K of equipment with me.

If that's not a good enough reason, they are just probably giving only to persons who weren't killed the first and second time they were assaulted, or verified stalking and such.

DC would undoubtedly request an en banc review then.

Sure. I would in their shoes. Gura would seek en banc if he loses. Sorta standard operating procedure before seeking cert. (Although, having said that, I see that the plaintiffs skipped 7th Circuit en banc in Friedman. Not sure why).

Since DC relies heavily on Maryland's G&S may issue Scheme, I am going to add G&S to my DC application exactly the same as I did in Maryland.

And remember, the reason Maryland gets away with it is Long Gun Open Carry is legal. I doubt DC will allow me to rock my FN SLP MK2 Tactical up and down Pennsylvania Avenue, even if it's "just a shotgun."

Except that one of our members was recently denied and told that the deposits have to be cash to matter.
